How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our online booking system, by phone, or by visiting us in person. We recommend booking at least one week in advance for weekend appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins when availability allows. However, to ensure you get the therapist and treatment room you prefer, we recommend booking in advance.
What products do you use?
We use only premium, professionally sourced products from brands like Elemis, ESPA, and Thalgo. Our retail range is available for purchase at the spa.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary wellness consultations for new guests or for comprehensive treatment planning. Schedule one to discuss your wellbeing goals.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have complimentary valet parking for all clients. Street parking and nearby garages are also available in the area.
